Hi I have been suffering for some years with this abominable pain. I have tried most of the systemic drugs , I asked specialists and Doctors if I could at least try a topical treatment but because this requires a special prescription have been refused Has anybody had a chance of trying these? Thank you I will try to put a link on to some of the research into Gabapentin Gel. Thanks.

Hello lovely people!

As you probably know, vulvodynia awareness is pretty low. And there is a huge void and confusion around available healing solutions.

That’s why my friend, Agnieszka Osuch, and I have started an exciting project called “Humans of Vulvodynia.” Our main goal is to gather all vulvodynia stories! These with happy endings and these without (plus all journeys along the way)! We also hope to find trends in individual healing journeys.

We would love to invite you to be a part of this thrilling venture! By sharing your story (no matter if you are healed or not) and solutions that helped you to decrease your pain or heal, you will contribute to this vulvodynia anthology. By doing this, you will help raise the awareness of this condition and help other sufferers through their toughest times.

In order to achieve this, we have created a survey that we would love to share with you. Please feel invited to fill this survey and also to share it with whomever you think might contribute and help.
