ANTI-antibiotics

My period just ended and it seems as though I have another bacterial infection. I refuse to use antibiotics as using them for bv the first time put me in this situation to begin with.

What home remedies do you use or have heard about?

I used to take Femdophilus orally but that seemed to irritate my urinary system. Yesterday I broke the pill and just inserted the powdered vaginally. Not sure how long or frequently I should use this method and I'm interested in to know of other methods.

Also I had just went with my best friend to her first pap and she also had BV and they tried getting her on antibiotics and I told her to run far away from those and that I could help her cure it naturally.

I swear being a woman is so complicated, I tell my boyfriend all the time I wish he could understand all this I'm going through. He tells me "If I could switch places with you I so would because I don't want you to hurt". Ahh to have such a great support group, it makes those bad days a little bit brighter.

It's probably not a cure, but try sitting in some warm water with chamomile (tea will work just fine)
It has an antibacterial effect, but it might take a couple of tries.
I usually drink a couple of cups of chamomile tea if I have blisters in my mouth and they're usually gone by the time I finish.

Thanks. I found that sitting in an apple cider and water bath and gently douching with water and hydrogen peroxide did the trick. I love home remedies!
