Hi I have been suffering for some years with this abominable pain. I have tried most of the systemic drugs , I asked specialists and Doctors if I could at least try a topical treatment but because this requires a special prescription have been refused Has anybody had a chance of trying these? Thank you I will try to put a link on to some of the research into Gabapentin Gel. Thanks.

I have read this forum for some time without joining. It is such a help! I have only joined to share the news on a cushion I recently purchased which worked wonders! It has a cut out in exactly the right place (sensitive area).

I'm from the UK, I found a site called Putnams and they make specialist healthcare products. I came across a news article about how helpful a customer had found their cushions for Vulvodynia.

I purchased the product recommended - Putnams Sero Pressure Cushion - Dr Huff (£25.20) and I have never looked back. It really does remove all pressure from that region and helps me sit again! The cover also hides the cut out meaning there are no awkward questions!

Brilliant! Cannot recommend enough!

Hi Jess

Which thickness of Dr Huff cushion did you opt for? I'm not sure whether to get the 42.5cm x 41cm or the larger 49.5cm x 48cm cushion and whether or not to opt for it being 4" or 3" thick.
