    Hi I have been suffering for some years with this abominable pain. I have tried most of the systemic drugs , I asked specialists and Doctors if I could at least try a topical treatment but because this requires a special prescription have been refused Has anybody had a chance of trying these? Thank you I will try to put a link on to some of the research into Gabapentin Gel. Thanks.

    Well Ladies,

    I went yesterday to see a osteopath who also works with healing energy. He has treated Ladies with V so I am excited and feel confident this is going to work for me. He explained how the nerves in my back were causing my discomfort when he pressed on the areas I could feel the discomfort in my Vulva. Next week I am going to see him again and also have accupunture. I have had accupunture before with a lady who did not know what she was doing regarding V, I had to show her where to put the needles, so I wasnt confident with her at all. I will keep you posted. This chap seems to know what he is doing. I was well impressed.

    This really interests me, whereabouts on your back did he press to reproduce the pain? Was it the sacral area?
