Hi I have been suffering for some years with this abominable pain. I have tried most of the systemic drugs , I asked specialists and Doctors if I could at least try a topical treatment but because this requires a special prescription have been refused Has anybody had a chance of trying these? Thank you I will try to put a link on to some of the research into Gabapentin Gel. Thanks.

Completely off topic, but, we are getting a puppy!!

My husband originally said after 6 pain free months I can get a pup. I have yet to have one pain free week but we found the most adorable border collie cross cocker spaniels....A friends dog is the dad.

He knows how sad I have been recently and heres to hoping our baby girl will give me some pain releif and take my mind off the torture...

We are going to call her Tilly and get to bring her home in 2 weeks time Smile

Oh I am so pleased for you. I have 3 dogs Harriett (chocolate Lab) Betty (basssett Hound) and we have Coco (chinese imperial shitzu) They have helped me so much on my dark days. Me and my Hubby laugh at the things they get up to.

Its so exciting waiting for the new arrival. Tilly I love the name. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing :l

very exciting! I love puppies. My dog, Max, brings joy to my life. Lately the only exercise i can do is walk. I take Max to the dog park a few times a week where he can run free w/ no leash. Max is a 3 year old Lab mix. You will love your new puppy. Congrats.

Owwwww that's so cool! Dogs are the best medicine.

I have a dog, he's a mini schnauzer named Riley. He's awesome! We got him when our daughter was struggling as a teenager - unconditional love.

My advice, get him a basket of toys and be prepared for some damage! Enjoy!!!
