Hi I have been suffering for some years with this abominable pain. I have tried most of the systemic drugs , I asked specialists and Doctors if I could at least try a topical treatment but because this requires a special prescription have been refused Has anybody had a chance of trying these? Thank you I will try to put a link on to some of the research into Gabapentin Gel. Thanks.

Hi everyone,

Long time sufferer here, although I am extremely fortunate to have a normal life thanks to Amitriptyline, I still have random symptoms show up from time to time, such a nocturnal itching which I assume is some type of neuropathic itch. I refused to go back on Lyrica because last time it affected my memory and I need to work in accounting so.. I googled and on this forum I found a lady who had success with Saginil gel.
I ordered it from amazon uk and started using it after a bad night of scratching in my sleep. the moment I applied it the irritation and itching finally stopped and no more night time issues! finally so happy!
I researched the ingredients and apparently it contains PEA which is used in chronic pain and inflammation !

I recommend anyone suffering from V and irritation tries it, it is an italian product.

I am in no way affiliated with this company, i just want to help others.
