Hi I have been suffering for some years with this abominable pain. I have tried most of the systemic drugs , I asked specialists and Doctors if I could at least try a topical treatment but because this requires a special prescription have been refused Has anybody had a chance of trying these? Thank you I will try to put a link on to some of the research into Gabapentin Gel. Thanks.

So it's been 7 weeks since my surgery and I've been given the all clear to start having sex again, so I plan to tonight. I used my vibrator last night and the skin I had removed no longer hurts although I am experiacing some pain in other places.
When I'm lying down, the top wall of my vagina burns. I think it's due to me either being tighter than before because the surgery a pulled everything together or something to do with my bladder and its more painful if my bladder is full.

I am hoping that the pain eases off in a while if not I will be going back to my doctor. Has anyone else has similar to this?
I do think it may be something to do with my uretha as I have sufferers with water infections the majority off my life.

I'm hoping tonight isn't to painful for me! My surgeon said not to expect pain free sex just yet it should take another 5-8 weeks for me to feel some relief towards sex ☺️
