Does anytthing show up in your tests??

I was wondering if when you get tests done at the doctor does anything show up?? Normally Nothing shows up for me, but sometimes (like right now) a little bacterial infection will show up.... I just think it is weird how it keeps showing up here and there...and other times nothing. Now I am on an antibiotic and they have me a yeast infection...(happens everytime I take them)

Also I was wondering if the pain feels more like a skin issue then anything else? Nothing looks wrong with the skin down there but it ALWAYS feel like a burning yeast infection when I have NO yeast. Does it feel like that for anyone else?

Yes to all of that. I have been checked out numerous times (tests for everything even things it is physically impossible for me to have) I go to the doctors once a month to get everything checked out down there and every time I get told the tests are negative and everything looks fine.
My pain is more itchiness then burning-I do seem to have nerve spasms that cause very bad pain, but the pain does tend to be the WORST case of thrush ever.
I honestly think Iv have caused damage by using too many treatments (canestene, various creams etc) and so my nerves and the skin cant function properly.
I do find that these things help:
No sugar
yeast free diet
Candida tablets
Amytriptaline anti depressants
various pelvic stretches
exercise
WATER
and bizarrely enough a Brazilian Wax-I had one done for my holiday and had no pain at all. its only now that its growing back that the pain/itch has started up again.
